Overview of Return & Exchange

We offer a return or exchange within the first 3 days from the date of your purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

Our policy is designed to ensure you receive products in excellent condition and to provide a clear process for handling returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

1.1 Conditions for Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a return or an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must have its original packaging intact.
  • The item must not belong to the category of products exempted from returns (see Section 2).

If the item that you purchased was on a sale, the item may not be eligible for a return or exchange. Please check the product description or contact support for sale item return rules.

1.2 Exchange for Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace such items (based on an exchange request) if such items are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to initiate the exchange process.

The exchange/replacement product will be delivered within next 3-7 days.

2. Non-Returnable Items

You agree that there may be a certain category of products/items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase.

💡 Important Note

While customized/personalized products are generally non-returnable, a return/replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good or it is defective/damaged.

3. Return & Exchange Process

3.1 Initiating a Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the request:

For exchange/return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product/item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about the receipt of the returned/exchanged product.

Further, if the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e., return or exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.

✅ After Approval

  • Return: Your refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy, generally taking 4 days to process.
  • Exchange: A replacement product will be shipped to you as soon as the quality check is approved.
