This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of our website and platform.

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction.

• "Platform" refers to our website, mobile site, and mobile application collectively
• "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our" refers to PVC ID Card and its proprietor
• "You", "Your", "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/buyer on the Platform
• "Services" refers to any services provided by us through the Platform including but not limited to printing services, design services, and related offerings
• "Content" includes text, graphics, images, information, data, and other materials available on the Platform

3. General Terms of Use

3.1 Account Registration and Use

To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account on the Platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You agree not to share your account with others

3.2 No Warranties

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website or through the Services, for any specific purpose. 5.2 Unauthorized Use

You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Platform and/or the Services may lead to action against you as per these Terms of Use and/or applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• Immediate termination of your account
• Legal action for damages
• Reporting to relevant authorities

6. Payment and Pricing

You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services. All payments shall be made in accordance with our payment policies.

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
• Payment must be made before order processing begins
• We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery
• All transactions are secure and encrypted
• In case of payment failure, we will notify you and hold your order for 24 hours

8. Binding Contract

You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.

• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products/services
• We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion
• Order confirmation via email constitutes acceptance of your offer
• Once confirmed, the order becomes a binding contract between you and us

9. Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other Policies
• Your violation of any law, rules or regulations
• Your violation of the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party
• Any content you upload or transmit through the Platform
• Your use or misuse of the Services

10. Force Majeure

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

Force majeure events include but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.)
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Government actions or restrictions
• Labor strikes or disputes
• Technical failures beyond our reasonable control

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
• We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party service providers
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barasat and West Bengal, India.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Requests from law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
