All orders placed on the Platform are shipped through **registered domestic courier companies** and/or **speed post** only. We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.
2. Processing and Shipping Time
2.1 Shipment Initiation
Orders are typically shipped and delivered within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment**. This period allows for necessary production, customization, and quality checks for your PVC ID cards and other personalized products.
In cases of bulk orders or special requests, shipping may occur as per the **delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation**.
Delivery of the shipment is always **subject to courier company / post office norms**. The delivery time starts once the order has been handed over to our shipping partner.
2.2 Liability for Delays
The Platform Owner (PVC ID Card) **shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority**. Once the order is dispatched, the delivery timeline is managed by the logistics provider. We will, however, assist you in tracking your shipment and escalating issues with the courier where possible.
3. Delivery Confirmation and Address
3.1 Delivery Address
Delivery of all orders will be made strictly to the **address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase**. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or misdelivery. We are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
3.2 Service Confirmation
For our services, delivery confirmation (including tracking details for physical products) will be sent to your **email ID as specified at the time of registration or purchase**. Please check your inbox and spam folders for this confirmation.
4. Shipping Costs and Non-Refundability
Any **shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner** (as the case may be) are generally **not refundable**.
If an order is cancelled after dispatch or returned (for reasons other than product defect/damage), the original shipping charges paid will typically not be refunded. This non-refundable charge covers the costs incurred in sending the product to you.
